TRAINING LOCATION for Paid Clinics: RLL Tantum Park Indoor Batting Cage
Please review the classes, dates and times available, select which class you would like to attend and reply to [email protected] (for softball) and [email protected] (for baseball) with any questions you may have regarding these clinics or your RSVP to the class. If interested you must sign up for these classes by registering and paying through the RLL website registration.

PAID SOFTBALL CLINICS - In partnership with TeamGTP Softball Academy
Hitting @ RLL Indoor Batting Cages $161 for 7 sessions.
Max 6 Players per Clinic with a Minimum of 4 Players
Duration: 60 Minutes

Softball Instructor Bio:
Jenn Tellefsen is a former DII pitcher who graduated from Georgian Court University. Her first two years of college were spent at Florida State at Jacksonville and then transferred into GCU where she played an important part in the team's success. Jenn is currently the Assistant Pitching Coach at GCU and coaches in the Ruthless softball program with GCU's Head Coach Nicole Degenhardt. Jenn's main goal and passion is to help girls and young woman succeed both in softball and in life.

Baseball Instructor Bio's:
Rob Nosari is a Social Studies teacher and Varsity Assistant baseball coach at Nottingham High School in Hamilton Township, NJ. He has fifteen years of baseball playing experience from Little League through college. Rob has over twelve years experience coaching baseball with ages ranging from 7 to 19-years old. He was part of Nottingham Little League’s 12-year old District and Sectional championship team in 2000, which finished third in the State.
He attended Steinert High School and was voted team captain his senior year. Rob and his teammates went 27-5 that season and won the CVC, Central Jersey, and Group IV State Championship. He continued to play that summer for Hamilton Post 31 American Legion where his team finished 32-9, won another State championship, and finished 4th in the region. Rob received All-CVC, All-Area, CVC Sportsmanship, and various scholar athletic honors during his Steinert High School career.
Rob attended Ramapo College of New Jersey where he played DIII baseball for the Roadrunners while continuing to receive scholar-athletic honors. Throughout his high school and college years, Rob continued to coach local baseball. He has worked with various local Mercer County baseball programs and continues to be a Head Instructor at Jerry Salzano’s baseball camps. Teams he has coached include: Hamilton Post 31 Junior Legion, Steinert High School JV, the Hamilton A’s, Nottingham High School Varsity, and Freshman baseball teams.

Instructor: Meghan McDonald
Sundays 4:00pm - 5:00pm (Baseball & Softball)
Catching Instructor Bio:
Meg was offered an athletic scholarship by the University of Maryland in 2007, but chose to attend Stockton College instead. Before her playing career began there, she underwent career-ending hip surgery. Prior to college, Meghan was the starting catcher for Bordentown Regional High School for four years where she earned “player of the week” accolades multiple times, broke the record for most hits in a season, and led her team to back to back NJ Central Group II championships in 2006 and 2007. Meghan was named “Female Athlete of the Year” during her senior year at Bordentown.
Meg played travel ball with the West Jersey Witches from 1999 until 2005, then one year with the Jersey Monsters before returning to the Witches for the 2006-07 season. Meghan was a catcher and shortstop. At Stockton, Meghan stayed involved in softball, serving as a team manager for the spring season.
