Softball Instructor Bio's:
Jenna Rodriguez attended New Egypt High School where she competed for three New Jersey State Championships; winning two. During her high school career she was an All Area, First team pitcher winning many honor awards. Jenna received a Softball Scholarship to Franklin Pierce University, where she was the starting freshman pitcher. She then transferred to Cabrini University in 2016 to finish out her softball career. Here, she was the pitcher in three divisional championships for her team. During Jenna’s time at Cabrini University she was granted CSAC All-Academic Team three years in a row. She graduated from Cabrini University in 2018 with a major in Biology and a minor in Exercise Science. Jenna Currently works at Strive Physical Therapy and Sports Rehabilitation and plans on continuing her education to earn her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Jenna has been a coach for various travel organizations for the last 5 years. She served as a Jersey Inferno coach and is currently the head coach of New Jersey Ruthless 14u. After 18 years of playing competitive softball, Jenna is hanging up her cleats and is excited to pass on her passion of the sport to young aspiring pitchers.

Macy Cutshaw has loved softball since the first day she stepped on the field at the ripe old age of 4. She played on three teams every season growing up because she couldn’t get enough of the game. She then became a four year varsity player at Burlington City High school. Even though she started her softball career as an infielder she found her true passion for catching in high school. Her sophomore and junior year she earned 2nd team all-conference catcher honors. Her senior year she earned 1st team all-conference, all-county, and all South Jersey honors. Coming out of high school she received a scholarship to play at BCC, Burlington County College. During Macy’s freshman year she helped her team become the undefeated NJCAA Division II state champs. Halfway during her second year at BCC she was approached by the head coach of Fairfield University after a scrimmage, and was offered a scholarship to continue her softball career at FU. For the remainder of her college career she was a catcher and DH. All three years Fairfield reached the conference championship, just to barely fall short each time. In 2013, Macy graduated with a bachelor’s degree, majoring in Psychology. After retiring from the game as a player Macy could not stay away from the game for long. Training and helping young girls succeed in the game they love has become a passion for her. She brings fun, energy, and discipline to each and every aspect of the game.
